When a 3-decade old leather manufacturing veteran wanted to launch their shoe-brand, they chose MediaJenie. The market was flooded with big brands as well as low-cost brands of domestic and international origin. The online shopping boom brought in an avalanche of start-up brands, competing in an extremely competitive market.
When we studied the parent company and their values, we identified some interesting facts. The design and quality principles followed at Toni Rossi were at the same levels of European brands. While most new and small brands ran around trends, Toni Rossi had a big collection of classic shoes with understated style.
After our initial study of the market and customers, we created a brand identity and positioned it by focusing on the inherent strengths of the brand and company. The “Alpha Wear” or “True Gentlemen’s Shoes”.

From day one, MediaJenie took the total ownership of the brand and has been working with the Toni Rossi teams to ensure smooth operations and growth at all levels.



We worked with the marketing team, to strategies campaigns and promotional activities. Multiple campaigns were designed and produced for ToniRossi, which were promoted on print as well as social media
With Toni Rossi expanding to physical retail stores, & multi-brand-outlets across the country, right POS materials and Instore displays were required. We executed multiple design projects to develop Visual Merchandising, Store Displays, POS materials, Standees/ Posters, Signages etc for various stores.
With the focus on digital media to drive the growth, social media channels of ToniRossi were activated. We created different types of content for Facebook and Instagram for sales as well as engagement. Featuring “real men & their shoes”, “how we make shoes”, “behind the scene” videos from factory etc are some of the signature content pieces we made for Toni Rossi.



Results
The brand awareness increased across Metros. The sales on marketplaces like Myntra, Flipkart, Jabong etc increased. Shelf-space in MBOs and key retail outlets have gone up, due to increase in demand and brand value.
