With its B2B business model established and growing well, Taurus decided to tap the B2C market, with a large range of table mats to suit every buyer and occasion. MediaJenie with its proven track record was chosen again by Taurus for this venture.
We provided consultancy, strategy and solution support for the B2C model. Our team designed and set up an e-commerce website, to enable easy-browsing and purchase of table mats. Professional photography services were provided to create top-quality product visuals for the store. A different CRM tool, email automation tool, inventory management system and other tools were identified, installed and integrated to enable smooth operations. Our training and handholding session helped Taurus team to adapt to B2C operations from their B2B experience, without any hiccups.
