What we did

When Pavana Valley Resort, approached MediaJenie for a digital transformation, the sales were at the lowest point. Considering the limited inventory and potential revenue from the 20 luxury tents in the resort, MediaJenie created a digital media strategy to reach the right audience in a sustained manner to build awareness as well as generating leads.

We started the implementation phase with the redesigning of the resort website. The content was re-written and presented with attractive visuals to increase the aesthetics of the website.

For the sales activities focused on corporate & bulk booking, a printed brochure was designed.

Once the website and new social media channels were live, we initiated a digital marketing campaign, spread across Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads. After 1 month of the campaign, the sales shot up to more than 3 times the previous month’s total sales.

With sustained leads generated from all campaigns, we focused on lead nurturing content and activities, to increase the conversion of leads.

By focusing on specific months, events and activities, MediaJenie created specific campaigns like “Diwali Celebration near Pavana Lake”, “Christmas amidst Nature”, “New Year Close to Nature” etc. These campaigns brought in quick bookings, and all events were sold out, with New Year event generating food sales and day-visitors too.


Sales jumped by 300% in the first month.
Sales jumped to 200% in the second month.
Sales doubled in the 3rd month.
Stabilized regular bookings, through lead generations, pipeline etc.
