Heera Siddhi Homes had launched their ambitious project “Commanders Heera Siddhi Homes” in Panvel, an 899 Apartment township, spread across 8+ acres and 3 phases. With the project being their first one, the group lacked the resources and strength for pulling sales.
MediaJenie came on board and created a tailor-made digital media strategy for Heera Siddhi Homes. We re-designed the website, set up social media channels, CRM and other tools for managing data, leads and process.
We helped them in designing the exhibition stall in the prestigious realty expo in Navi Mumbai, which saw 15+ graphic-display designs and 20 standees prepared in a short time.


We kicked off the digital marketing activities after the launch of the new website. Multiple campaigns were created for brand awareness, reach, engagement, and lead generation, targeting different audiences, considering the wide range of property-types of 1 RK to Row Houses.
Search and display ads on Google, and emailing campaigns were parallelly run. As a result, the enquiries and site-visit requests have been growing, which is helping Heera Siddhi Homes in converting them into bookings.
